General meetings:
On the 1st Tuesday of each month we hold our PTA general meetings. At these meetings all members and general public can come join us as we discuss plans, events and PTA business. The meetings are a great way to get to know other PTA members and to find out how to help out for our events, committees and fundraisers.

All active PTA members receive a “Meeting Agenda” approximately 1 week before the scheduled general meeting. If you’d like to add something to the agenda please email the PTA board: info@myhbpta.com.
After the meeting, approximately 1 week after, the “Meeting minutes” will be emailed to all active PTA members. The “Minutes” give a record as to what we covered during the last general meeting.
